NHS Lothian has refreshed its strategy in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The new Lothian Strategic Development Framework (LSDF) has superseded the NHS Lothian Strategic Plan: Our Health, Our Care, Our Future. This strategy describes a journey to transform the way NHS Lothian manages change. Continuous improvement in quality and value will be accelerated by scaling up newer approaches from ‘demonstrators’ to everyone’s ‘business as usual’.
