The Medicines Utilisation Review Group (MURG) is a sub-committee of the Area Drug and Therapeutics Committee. It advises on the best use of available resources to ensure patients receive equitable, appropriate and timely access to medicines. The group meets every three months to tie in with quarterly reporting schedules.
