Procurement Helpdesk

Procurement Helpdesk is our customer and supplier interaction management tool.  It allows customers to use self-service to answer queries or to raise tickets to have us investigate something for them.

Users get emails every time there is an update on the ticket, giving assurance that we are doing all we can to resolve the query.
