The Winter Plan document explains the arrangements that have been put in place to respond to the expected extra demand placed on our health and social care services over the winter months. It has been prepared by NHS Lothian and the region’s 4 Health and Social Care Partnerships and provides assurance to the NHS Board and the Scottish Government that effective arrangements are in place.
