We do a recap of what was covered in the last session for those that missed it, as well as providing a further update on our progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, NHS Lothian produced just over 2000 tonnes of orange stream clinical waste across our acute and community sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orange stream waste has an expensive and carbon intensive treatment. It has been estimated that over two thirds of this waste is incorrectly segregated.
